How we handle community submissions

Support Your Local Patriot is operated by Heimdell Tech Ai Ltd, company number 16478408. This notice covers registration requests, incident reports, whistleblower information and offers of items for people experiencing homelessness.

What you send and why

We use the details you choose to provide to review the submission, respond where contact details are supplied, and arrange participation or donations. Registration is a request to get involved, not automatic membership or approval. Collection and drop-off requests need confirmation from the team.

Private review

Submissions are stored in a separate inbox accessible to the authorised SYLP owner. They are not customer reviews, public posts or marketing signups. They are not emailed automatically to mailing lists or external email recipients.

Incident reports and evidence

Incident reports are sent server-to-server to the incident review service operated by Heimdell Tech Ai Ltd. Its reviewers check reports before producing any public summary. The original report and optional contact details are not published. Photo and video files remain in SYLP's private inbox; the review service receives their case reference. If delivery cannot be confirmed, SYLP keeps the report for private review and a possible resend.

Submitting without contact details

For incident and whistleblower submissions you can leave your name, email and phone blank. We do not add your IP address or browser details to the submission record, but hosting services may process technical connection records. This is not an untraceable or end-to-end encrypted reporting channel. Your own message or files can identify you, including location metadata in photos and videos. Without contact details we cannot reply.

Your information

Only provide information needed for the review. Do not include identity documents, card details or unnecessary personal details about others. To ask about access, correction or removal, contact support@support-your-local-patriot.online. Keep your submission reference so we can locate the record; we may need to establish that the request relates to you.
