Made-to-order items — currently the engraved wallet — need additional production time before dispatch; the current lead time is shown on that product's page. 3. Delivery times Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. 4. Delivery costs Standard UK delivery costs £2.95. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £35 — the current threshold is always shown at checkout. 5. Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you can check its status from your account or via our Track Your Order page. 6. Failed, delayed or lost deliveries If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@support-your-local-patriot.online with your order number so we can investigate with the courier. 7. Risk and ownership Risk in the goods passes to you when they're delivered to the address you provided. Ownership passes to you once we've received payment in full.
